Role Summary:
The Chief Accountant will lead RPJ's accounting function, ensuring financialintegrity, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is pivotalto enhancing financial governance, managing audits, and supporting businessdecision-making through accurate reporting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting     Department
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting     processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local statutory regulations
• Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and     regulatory bodies
• Supervise payroll processes and financial reconciliations
• Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies
• Manage team performance and build financial capacity within the     department

Qualifications and Experience:

• ACCA designation or equivalent professional qualification (CA,     CPA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior accounting/finance role
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Jamaican tax regulations and payroll requirements
